SPA etiquette

Welcome to SPA Radailiai. In order to ensure the best possible rest and relaxation in our SPA centre, we would like to introduce you to some rules that will help you feel at home.
  • You are in a SPA where every customer is welcome and respected. We hope that you will feel the same respect for our professionals, our staff and the other clients who are currently in the spa with you.
  • We are very sorry, but the number of seats in the SPA centre is limited, so please register in advance for massages, body and facial treatments by calling +370 699 83199.
  • Trust our specialists - feel free to contact us and ask for advice on which treatment to choose. Please specify your expectations and wishes so that you are satisfied with the result.
  • When choosing a treatment or massage - be sure to warn us if you are expecting, breastfeeding, have certain allergies or injuries, or if you have recently had an operation? Be sure to give all the information you can, as not every treatment is suitable for everyone.
  • If you currently have a cold, fever or are recovering from an illness, it is best to avoid spa treatments.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment so that you can change into comfortable clothes (we will have a bathrobe, slippers and disposable panties ready for you - you can stay in your underwear if you wish, but please note that it will be stained with cosmetic products), relax and enjoy the atmosphere of the Radailiai SPA.
  • If you are late for your treatment, please inform us by phone. If you are late, unfortunately we will have to shorten your treatment time.
  • Please try to relax when you arrive - after all, this is a time for your relaxation.
  • Our staff will meet you at the reception before your treatment and take you to the treatment room for your treatment. The specialist will tell you about the procedure, its effectiveness and duration.
  • Don't be surprised, the specialist may ask you a few questions about your medical condition and special features in order to carry out a treatment that is just right for you.
  • We recommend that you remove your jewellery before each treatment so that you don't have to waste time removing it in the massage room.
  • Please wear a swimsuit and special footwear (rubber slippers) in the pool and sauna area of the spa.
  • Please do not bring electronic devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops, etc.) into the massage rooms, pool and sauna area, and leave them in the locker. Take time for yourself and your relaxation.
  • We do not recommend having the treatment on an empty stomach or after you have eaten, as it may make you feel sick. Have a snack at least one hour before the procedure.
  • Do not use the SPA if you have consumed alcohol. We are sorry, but alcohol and the SPA are incompatible and we reserve the right to refuse to perform treatments and to exclude you from the pool and sauna area if you have been drinking. It's all for your health.
  • Avoid shaving and waxing on the same day of your visit to SPA Radailiai, especially if you are planning to enjoy body scrubs and sauna treatments.
  • We recommend that you arrive for facials without make-up.
  • Massages and other body and facial treatments are performed on the naked body, but the untouched areas will be covered with towels and sheets.
  • If you are uncomfortable with anything during the treatment - room temperature, music, strength of the massage - please tell our specialist. This way we can make sure you get a perfect treatment.
  • Please do not leave your children unattended in the SPA centre, pool and sauna area. You are responsible for the safety of your children.
  • Although our pools are not very deep, please critically assess your ability to swim and take care. Let's keep ourselves and others safe.
  • After the treatment, do not rush anywhere, get up slowly from the massage lounger and be sure to inform us if you feel unwell. Our specialist will escort you back to the reception, offer you tea and leave you to enjoy the treatment you have just had.
  • We look forward to your feedback and comments on what we are doing well, or where we need to "improve". We will also be happy to answer any questions you may have and advise you on the next course of treatment.
